Raisin Bran Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 to 1 c. molasses
2 2/3 c. milk
1 1/4 Tbsp. vinegar
2 1/2 c. bran
3 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix wet ingredients; mix dry ingredients.
Combine them, stirring until just mixed in.
Pour batter into oiled pans.
Bake right away at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
