Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 Idaho potatoes
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/3 to 1/2 c. Cheez Whiz (to taste)
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes at 450\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Melt the Cheez Whiz and butter.
    Hollow out the potatoes while still hot and mash insides.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Alternate cheese sauce and sour cream.
    Mix thoroughly and stuff into potato skins. Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes or until delicately brown.
