Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, uncooked
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Mix well with sausage.
    Add Bisquick and mix well with hands.
    Shape into balls 1/2-inch diameter.
    Place on cookie sheet 1 inch apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
