Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 cloves garlic
2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
7 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 anchovy fillets
1 brick Blue cheese
10 Tbsp. grated Locatelli cheese
Preparation
-
Put ingredients in blender.
Clean romaine; place paper towel in between pieces to absorb moisture.
Add croutons.
Will keep in refrigerator for 3 weeks.
