East-West Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed chicken broth
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
4 large mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. (10 oz.) fresh spinach, stems removed and torn into pieces
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet.
Break ground beef into large chunks and stir-fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink.
Remove meat and set aside.
Add broth, carrots and mushrooms to skillet. Cook over high heat for 3 minutes. Stir in onion, meat and mixture of Worcestershire sauce and cornstarch.
Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute.
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
