Stuffed Baked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 salmon
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. finely grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg
Preparation
    Brown onions in butter.
    Add all other ingredients together and add to onion mixture.
    Fill cavity of fish loosely.
    If stuffing is dry, add a little milk.
    Remove head, tail and fins from fish.
    Sprinkle cavity lightly with Accent.
    Then stuff with stuffing.
    Place on foil in shallow baking pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven, allowing 12 to 15 minutes per pound.
    Baste with butter several times as it bakes.
    Serve with lemon.
