Plaza Steak Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck, well browned
1 stick melted oleo
1/2 gal. water
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped carrots
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
3 cans tomatoes
Preparation

Brown ground chuck.
Make a paste of oleo mixed with flour. To water add celery, onions, carrots, Accent, salt, pepper and bouillon cubes.
Cook until vegetables are done.
Then add frozen mixed vegetables and tomatoes.
Mix paste with browned beef and add.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Stir occasionally as it may stick.
