Hearty Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. elbow macaroni
    8 hard-cooked eggs, wedged
    1 can tuna, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    Drain and cool thoroughly.
    Reserve 1 wedged egg.
    Cut remaining eggs in half horizontally.
    Combine egg, tuna, celery, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Stir in macaroni.
    Chill thoroughly before serving. Garnish with remaining egg wedges.
    Makes 6 to 8 main dish servings.
