Shrimp Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled (raw)
1 can water chestnuts
1 medium onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg
1 tsp. Accent
1 loaf Pepperidge Farm white bread
Preparation

Grind first 3 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients except bread.
Remove crust from bread.
Spread mixture on bread and cut each slice into triangle shape pieces (4 pieces, each slice).
Fry in deep hot oil, shrimp side down.
Turn over and fry bread side a few more seconds.
Drain on paper towel.
