Grandma'S Easy Overnight French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. (1-inch cubes) day old French or Italian bread
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    confectioners sugar and maple syrup
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. In medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until well blended.
    Pour over bread and lightly toss until bread is evenly coated.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven until golden brown and set, about 40 minutes.
    Serve warm with confectioners sugar or maple syrup.
