Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
2 Tbsp. salt
5 Tbsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
1 pkg. Raisin Bran
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk or regular milk
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, baking soda, sugar and Raisin Bran.
Add eggs, oil and milk. Mix well.
Fill greased muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Mixture can be kept in covered container in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
