No Bake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    30 large marshmallows
    1 (12 oz.) container light Cool Whip
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Crumble cake and spread evenly in an 8 x 12-inch glass pan. Pour pineapple evenly over cake.
    Heat marshmallows and milk in a saucepan over low heat until melted; pour evenly over pineapple. Frost cake with Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle coconut over top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
