Margaret'S Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 or 3 Tbsp. oleo
    No. 2 can asparagus
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar (medium)
    Ritz cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pour juice off asparagus into pan with flour, oleo, cheese, salt, pepper and enough cracker crumbs to thicken.
    Add milk, if needed.
    Layer asparagus and sauce in baking dish.
    Top with grated cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
