Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 small onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. raw potatoes, peeled and cubed
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until potatoes are grated.
    Do not overblend.
    Pour batter onto a hot, well-greased griddle.
    Brown on both sides. These will be thin. Spread with butter and roll up like a tortilla to eat or real good with vegetable soup.
