Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. bourbon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1/4 lb. margarine
    2 Tbsp. cream
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Soak bourbon and nuts overnight.
    Melt margarine.
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add nuts.
    Cream with fork until smooth and can be handled without sticking to fingers and form into balls and allow to harden.
    Dip in unsweetened chocolate melted in a double boiler.
