Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans original Veg-All, drained
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Put Veg-All, water chestnuts, 1 cup grated cheese and mayonnaise in large bowl.
    Saute chopped onion in 1/4 stick margarine until
    onion is clear.
    Add to vegetables.
