Chicken Dumplings And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 c. chicken broth
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    1 can biscuits
Preparation
    In an electric skillet or large skillet, simmer butter and onion.
    Add soups, broth and chicken.
    Cut the biscuits into quarters and place on top of the chicken mixture.
    Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes, then cover and simmer 20 minutes more.
    Serve over rice.
