Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 head fresh broccoli or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well and set aside.
    If using fresh broccoli, cut into large chunks, boil or steam for 5 minutes and add to mixture.
    Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
