Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe tomatoes (1/4-inch diced)
2 to 4 fresh or 1 can jalapeno or chilies, minced
1 c. fresh lemon or lime juice
1 small red onion, minced
2 to 3 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
dash of salt and ground pepper
