Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. button mushrooms
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. white wine vinegar
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano (can be powdered)
    1/2 tsp. crushed dried red chili peppers
Preparation
    Wash button mushrooms in cold water; drain them and drop them into boiling, salted water.
    Simmer the mushrooms for 5 minutes, without boiling.
    Drain them and cover the mushrooms with cold water.
    Drain the mushrooms and put them in a mixing bowl.
