Cocoa Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Stir in buttermilk and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add to mixture.
    Add nuts.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
    Drop with teaspoon, 2 inches apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Frost with butter icing.
