Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Drain well.
    Add butter and mix well.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Place in buttered casserole dish and top with a thin layer of cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
