Ingredients

1/4 c. powdered nondairy creamer
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. instant coffee crystals
Preparation

Mix the three dry ingredients in a blender for 1 to 2 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
To serve, place 2 heaping teaspoonfuls in a cup.
Pour in boiling water; stir.
