Scalloped Cauliflower - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen cauliflower (boxed)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
dash of salt
Preparation

Cook cauliflower (chop into pieces). Combine egg, 1/2 cup of the crumbs, soup, cheese, onion and salt. Then stir in the cauliflower. Put into casserole dish. Combine remaining cup of bread crumbs and melted margarine. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
