Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    3 chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 can Mexicorn
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Preheat your skillet with 1 tablespoon oil.
    Mix all ingredients together, stirring well.
    Place into greased skillet.
    Bake for approximately 30 minutes and top is golden brown.
    Serve with margarine on each slice, while hot.
