Crunchy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boned chicken breasts
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Blend together crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Dip each piece of chicken in melted margarine and then in crumb mixture.
    Arrange chicken in shallow dish or pan.
    Pour the rest of the butter and crumbs over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn temperature down if it gets too brown.
