Spritzy Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can tuna in water, drained
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sweet or dill pickle relish
2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. box elbow macaroni
2 eggs, hard-boiled, coarsely chopped or diced
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Cook elbow macaroni as directed on package.
Mash tuna with a fork; add mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, sugar, pepper, eggs and onion.
Mix well.
With plastic or wooden spoon, mix in macaroni noodles until they are covered in tuna mixture.
Chill and serve.
Serves 8 to 10.
