Real Italian Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 cloves minced garlic (I leave this out)
15 oz. can tomatoes
6 oz. tomato paste
16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (I leave these out)
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. aumin seed (I leave out; I use cumin seed)
1 tsp. basil
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
7 oz. spaghetti
Preparation

Brown beef and pork.
Drain meat by putting on paper towels and soaking up as much of the grease as possible.
Mix tomato sauce and paste.
Add spices, onion and mushrooms; simmer for 55 minutes.
Add cheese and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Serve.
