Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. rice
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    dash of Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. parsley (if desired)
    1/2 tsp. mint (if desired)
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (any cream soup or 2 cans tomato sauce may be used)
Preparation
    Combine hamburger, rice, soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, mint, oregano and 1/4 can soup.
    Shape into 2-inch mounds (I use an ice cream scoop, so they will be uniform.)
    Place in baking dish; bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes until pink color is gone.
    Drain fat from pan.
