Blue Whistler Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
    1/4 c. finely snipped parsley
    1/4 c. minced scallions (white part)
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. bottled steak sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. liquid smoke seasoning
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 soft sandwich buns, split
Preparation
    Prepare medium hot grill. Place ground beef in large bowl. Set aside. In medium bowl, blend butter with all remaining ingredients, except sandwich buns. Reserve about 4 teaspoons seasoned butter for buns. Blend remaining butter mixture thoroughly into ground beef. Form into 4 (1-inch) thick patties. Grill burgers over medium-hot fire until done, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Butter buns. Grill about 1 minute, buttered side down.
