Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust and cover
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    3 green onions
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Slice onions.
    Prepare pie crust.
    Blend spinach, cottage cheese and onions; mix and heat in microwave for 5 minutes.
    Beat eggs; save aside 1 teaspoon of eggs.
    Mix remaining ingredients; pour into pie crust.
    Put top crust on.
    Add 1 teaspoon of water to eggs; spread on top of pie crust.
    Bake until golden brown.
