Seafoam Nut Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. dry Pet instant milk
    1 Tbsp. water
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
    With electric mixer at high speed, beat egg white, milk and water in a small bowl until stiff.
    Beat in brown sugar, one tablespoon at a time, to make a thick, glossy, meringue-like mixture.
    Scrape sides of bowl often.
