Sausage Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage (Owens)
1 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
5 c. crumbled (cooked) biscuits
5 c. crumbled (cooked) corn bread
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth (4 c.)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute sausage, celery and onion.
In large bowl, combine sausage mix and remaining ingredients; blend well.
Stuff into bird and roast according to standard roasting directions.
Mixture may also be baked in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until lightly browned.
Makes about 12 cups or 10 to 12 servings.
