Spinach-Stuffed Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. frozen or fresh spinach
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
2 steaks (I use ribeye)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

If using fresh spinach, cook 15 to 20 minutes in one cup water until tender.
Drain water off.
Mix together first four ingredients.
Set aside.
Split each steak from outer edge toward bone, making a pocket.
Divide spinach mixture; fill each steak. Melt butter in skillet.
Cook over medium-high heat, turning once, until desired doneness.
