Perfection Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped cabbage
1/4 c. pimento
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. chopped carrot
Preparation

Bring to a boil the pineapple juice and water.
Pour over jello.
Stir until dissolved. Add sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cool until it begins to set.
Add rest of ingredients.
Pour in bowl of jello mix.
Stir thoroughly and put in refrigerator. Pineapple chunks may be added, if desired.
