Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bottle Russian dressing
    12 oz. apricot preserves
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 cut up fryer
Preparation
    Mix dressing, preserves and dry soup mix.
    Arrange chicken in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread sauce over chicken.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with cooked rice, spooning sauce on rice.
