Stir-Fry With Soy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. cooked chicken or beef (in small pieces)
    1 bunch broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 carrot, thinly sliced
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, garlic and 1/2 cup water.
    Set aside.
    In a large skillet stir-fry meat and vegetables 4 minutes.
    Add soy sauce mixture.
    Cook and stir until thickened. Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
