Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 c. garlic, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    10 to 12 strips lasagna
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    2 eggs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    sliced Mozzarella for topping
Preparation
    In heavy skillet, lightly brown meats, onions and garlic in oil (drain fat).
    Add tomatoes, paste, water and all the seasonings; simmer, uncovered for about 25 minutes, stirring often.
