Ham And Cheese Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lasagne noodles
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
2 c. finely chopped fully cooked ham
1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained

Preparation

Cook lasagne noodles in boiling salted water just until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain.
Rinse with cold water; drain.
In medium saucepan, cook onion and green peppers in margarine until tender; blend in flour.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in Swiss cheese until melted.
Stir in ham and mushrooms.
Arrange half the noodles in greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spread with half the ham mixture.
Repeat layers.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake about 25 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
Serve 6.
