Miniature Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
12 vanilla wafers

Preparation

Line cupcake cups with vanilla wafers and fill 3/4 full of filling.
Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Top with cherry pie filling or strawberries or chocolate shavings, etc.
Delicious!
