Mushroom-Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick loin chops
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. mushrooms, finely chopped
    thyme
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. bread crumbs, toasted
    salt and pepper
    1 egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Have butcher
    cut
    pocket in each chop.
    Saute onion in butter until transparent;\tadd mushrooms, few leaves of thyme, parsley and crumbs.
    Mix well and remove from heat.
    Season to taste; stir in beaten egg.
    Stuff chops.
    Brown in pan.
    Bake in a greased casserole for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
