    2 oz. white flour, unbleached
    1 oz. pinhead oatmeal
    1 oz. wheat germ
    1 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
    1 oz. bran
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. buttermilk
    1 egg
Preparation
