Chicken And Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken, cut into frying pieces (8 pieces)
    1/2 stick butter
    2 cans mushroom soup
    10 small white onions
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/3 c. cooking wine
Preparation
    Brown chicken in Dutch oven.
    Add soup and onions.
    Add thyme and wine.
    Cook on low until tender, usually 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add water if necessary.
    Serve with rice.
