Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced Vidalia onions
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Fry sliced Vidalia onions in butter until tender.
    Put in pie shell.
    Beat eggs; mix in milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over onions.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
