French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix margarine and sugar; add eggs, vinegar, vanilla and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    It will thicken as it cools.
