Cheese Sauce Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. skim milk
salt to taste
Preparation

Put all ingredients in the container of a blender.
Blend on low speed until creamy, adding more milk if necessary to produce the desired consistency.
Keep this sauce refrigerated.
Use it as a dressing or an accompaniment to poultry and fish.
It can be substituted for sour cream in a number of dips, spreads and dressings, but cannot be substituted for sour cream in heated food such as stroganoff.
