Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 onion
2 c. tomatoes or juice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. red cooking wine
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of ginger
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. clover
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
1 bay leaf
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onion.
Add all ingredients and simmer approximately 1 hour.
Remove bay leaf before pouring sauce over spaghetti.
