Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo (use 1 in skillet)
    2 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (do not drain)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    4 eggs (I use egg substitute)
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese (sprinkle on top)
Preparation
    Instead of oleo, I spray my skillet with Pam and use 2 tablespoons of corn oil.
