Dad'S Turkey Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 long loaves of bread
    1 c. finely grated onion
    1 1/2 c. finely grated celery
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 c. milk (whole milk)
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. sage
    turkey giblets
Preparation
    Boil giblets until tender, saving water.
    Chop giblets.
    Tear bread into small pieces.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Use water from giblets and continue mixing until stuffing is the consistency of a thick paste.
    Stuff the bird.
    Place what's left in a loaf pan and cook until done (bread like).
    Time varies due to amount left.
