Easter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, crumbled, cooked and well drained on paper towels
1 3/4 lb. boiled ham, chopped
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/3 c. pepperoni slices
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4 raw eggs, slightly beaten
2 beaten egg yolks
4 Pillsbury All-Ready pie crusts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except for 2 egg yolks, and pour into two 8 or 9-inch pastry lined pie plates.
Cover both pies with top pie crust.
Brush tops with beaten egg yolks.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Brush again with egg yolk while baking.
